Essential Criteria:

Degree in Materials Science / Product Design / Construction Engineering / Civil Engineering / Built Environment
Minimum 1 year experience in construction materials, manufacturing processes, or product development
Must be legally entitled to work in Northern Ireland/UK and travel throughout the island of Ireland/EU if required; if you do require a visa/work permit allowing you to work in Northern Ireland/UK you must upload a copy of it with your application. Failure to provide a relevant Visa/Work permit will result in your application not being considered.

Desirable Criteria:

Knowledge of construction materials, composite materials, or surface product manufacturing
Knowledge of sustainability, recycling, or circular economy principles within construction or manufacturing
Experience in waste management, recycled materials, sustainability, or circular economy projects within construction or manufacturing sectors
Experience in product development, materials testing, or prototype development
Knowledge of relevant construction product standards, testing, or certification requirements such as slip resistance, durability, abrasion resistance, and surface performance standards for flooring and surface materials.
