Job Overview
You will be expected to take responsibility for driving retail and commercial sales, be innovative, creative, commercially sales minded and self-motivated.
We are currently recruiting a Design Sales Consultant to join the team on a full-time permanent basis based in our new Design Studio in Baldoyle, Dublin the successful applicant will be involved principally in a sales role; selling Armatile's' unique tile products and manufacturing capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a design background to apply their skills in a commercial sales setting, within a growing ambitious company.
Duties and Responsibility
• Designing and selling dream living spaces to our customers specifications
• Work with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, builders, developers and designers, to sell an extensive selection of tiles and tiling products
• Communicate an expert knowledge of the company's products and services
• Increasing sales by enhancing the scope of Armatile's design services
• Finding creative and cost-effective solutions for our customers' projects
• Utilising your creative design flair to maximise the potential of our design packages to help customers visualise their perfect projects
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
Skills and Experience
Essential Criteria:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• At least 5 GCSE passes, or equivalent, including English and Maths
• Computer skills; experience of Microsoft office software packages
• Demonstrable interest interior design
• Ambitious & Creative
• Self-motivated
• Previous experience in a sales environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Good problem solving/ organisational skills
• Results driven
• Excellent time management
