General Information

Based in our Head Office, Armagh, we are looking for a responsible, self-motivated Sales Support team member.         

You will be joining a highly successful sales team, playing a vital role liaising between our Sales Representatives, customers and manufacturing department.

The role will involve processing sales orders and being the first point of contact for customers with queries regarding products, orders, deliveries and provide support for Sales Representatives.

Additionally you will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure customer requirements are accurately identified, communicated and processed and to meet/exceed customer expectations.


Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently though Sales Order Processing System.
  • Checking details with clients before processing on the system and in accordance with store operating procedures.
  • Effectively responding to customer communications/enquiries in a timely and professional manner via telephone and emails.
  • Liaise between customers and all internal departments on matters relating to sales.
  • Build long-term relationship with sales, stores, administration and production staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Hours of work: 40 hour per week (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5:00pm).

Person Specification

  • Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
  • A willingness to take ownership of the task at hand.
  • Attention to detail with excellent time management.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
  • Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft office and experience of sales order processing systems.
  • Must have min of 2+ years experience in a similar Sales Administration/Order Processing/ Sales Support Role.
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
  • High level experience in Customer Service.
